I work at home. (Yes, I really am that lucky. And yes, I realize it.)

I’m in my 20s.

I like to cook, despite all-too-often budget and time constraints.

I find a lot of recipes on the web and try to figure out if they’re feasible or not. They’re not usually gourmet. (Who am I kidding? They never are.) A lot of times they’re really tasty. Sometimes they’re really not. Sometimes they’re healthy-ish. Other times, um, well, usually the other times are the ones that are scrumptious. Live and learn, right?

I have a fiancé in law school (law school fiancé, or, more affectionately, LSF) who is always willing to try the food and is very adorably gentle when the not-so-tasty dishes make it to the coffee table. He’s a boy and because of this, much pickier than I am, but, he’s kinda cute so I let it slide. I also have a dog. If all else fails he’s supportive of my dishes. Usually.

So that’s me. Enjoy my food adventures!

Oh, P.S. I eat meat. Apparently that’s not so popular these days, but I’ll let you know when I care. Hint: don’t hold your breath on that one.
